Made to order

Despatch Time

Every item at Isaac's Bazaar is made to order especially for you. Production times vary by product:

  • Wallpaper: 2–3 weeks
  • Fabric: 7–10 days
  • Cushions: 3 weeks
  • Art Prints: sent same or next day if in stock

We hold a small stock of some items — this is indicated on the individual product listing. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be despatched.

Our Carrier

We ship with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been despatched so you can follow its journey to you.

UK Orders

We currently ship to all addresses within mainland UK. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Islands, please get in touch before ordering.

Returns Policy

Not quite right?

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Please note: since pieces are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. For fabric and wallpaper orders we recommend ordering a sample first to check colours and finish in person. All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Contact Us First

Before returning any item, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Pack It Safely

Please repack your item securely in its original packaging where possible. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit on their way back to us.

Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 28 days to your original payment method. We are happy to discuss an exchange where possible.

Common questions

Can I cancel or change my order?

As everything is made to order, we begin work on your item quickly. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancellation. After this point we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry if your item has arrived damaged. Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or a gift message?

Yes! We're happy to include a handwritten gift message with your order. Please add your message in the order notes at checkout. Gift wrapping is available for an additional £4.99 — select this option at checkout.

I haven't received my order — what should I do?

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you haven't received it, or if your estimated delivery date has passed with no update, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier straight away.

Do you ship fabric by the metre?

Yes — fabric is printed to your specified length, with a minimum order of just 1 metre. Please get in touch to discuss a large or bespoke order.
