These terms apply when you buy from isaacsbazaar.com. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Isaac’s Bazaar is a UK-based surface pattern design studio, based in Merseyside. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Our products are made to order
Almost everything we sell is printed and made for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. This matters in two ways:
- Lead times are longer than off-the-shelf products. Current estimates are shown on each product page and in our Delivery & Returns page.
- Because each item is made for you, we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind (see section 6).
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. That email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we email to confirm your order has been accepted and is in production.
We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we cannot take payment, if there has been a pricing error, or if we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
- Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept the payment methods shown in our footer, processed by PayPal and WooPayments. We never see or store your full card details.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before making your order and you may cancel.
- Discount codes cannot be used together unless we say so, and may exclude sale items.
5. Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK as standard. Estimated production and delivery times are given on the product page and at checkout, and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your order on arrival and tell us within a reasonable time if anything is damaged or missing.

6. Returns, faults and cancellation
Made-to-order items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised. As our fabric, wallpaper and made-to-order homeware are produced for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If something is faulty or damaged
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace or refund it.
Where an item is faulty or we have made an error, we cover return postage. Otherwise return postage is your responsibility. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 28 days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
Exchanges
We are happy to discuss an exchange where possible. Please ask before returning anything.
None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Samples
We offer paid samples so you can check colour and quality before committing to a full order. Samples are cut to order and are non-returnable. Colours may vary slightly between screens, print runs and base cloths.
8. Bespoke commissions and trade orders
Bespoke commissions and trade orders are covered by the specific quotation and terms we agree with you in writing, which take precedence over these terms where they differ. Bespoke work typically requires a deposit, and because it is designed specifically for you it cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
9. Our designs and intellectual property
All artwork, patterns, photography and written content on this site are original works created by Isaac’s Bazaar and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, resell or use our designs commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the design.
Our designs are original artwork inspired by music and popular culture. They are not official merchandise, and they are not licensed by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any artist, band, estate or record label. Any names used are for descriptive purposes only, and all trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Accuracy of the website
We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours shown on screen vary between devices and printed results can differ slightly between production runs. Product images are illustrative. Fabric and wallpaper are natural products and small variations are normal rather than faults.
11. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded.
Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
Wallpaper and fabric should be installed by a competent person and in line with any instructions supplied. We are not responsible for installation costs, or for material that has been cut, pasted or altered.
12. Your account
If you create an account, keep your password secure and let us know if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close an account that is being misused.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
15. Complaints and governing law
If something has gone wrong, email [email protected] and we will do our best to put it right.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
